Finally I have found out were the sour smell is comming from!

The last month I could smell something sour in the coop... I hate the smell it kind of smelt like cat pee. So today I walked into my coop and I could smell it, So I was smelling around and near the tire I could smell it strong, I dug up inside the tire and there was old sour smelling hay and old wet feed! ICK. I got it cleaned out and filled the tire with ashes so that would not happen again!
smells a lot better now thought I would share my random moment.

I really dont know lol... it use to be a old shed and the tire is kind of stuck half way in the ground. I am planning on pulling it out this summer.
