(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I am not completely new to having chickens but recently invested in a new flock.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 23
(3) What breeds do you have? Silkies, Barred Rocks, Hampshire, Australorp, Silver laced Wyandotte, Jersey Giants, Brown Leghorn and two cornish rocks
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? Researching on internet and this website kept popping up,
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Reading and taking care of all my fur babies.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have a wonderful husband of 22 years and a 22 year old son. My fur or feathered babies include 23 chickens, 4 dogs, 4 cats and a cockatiel. I have worked at a veterinary hospital for 18 years now and love every minute of it. Growing up my uncle owned a peacock farm and I loved visiting them I believe that is where my love for animals started. I do not have a peacock but one day I will.
