Tanya, I have counted those points before. And did really good on the program. Keep up the good work, you will get used to being hungry and then one day actually like the feeling of emptiness.
It is nice to hear from someone you know that it does work. I actually think it may be easier to stick with now that he is on it too. I would be just fine then he would get up for ice cream or something and offer me some, sometimes I just couldn't say no!

My DH did that to me too, but since I did the grocery shopping I quit buying it for him -- he started buying it and hiding it from me and would only eat it when i was around.
You will do good, I KNOW I CAN, I KNOW I CAN...
Oh, and VISUALIZE! Visualize yourself the size you want to be, that helps make the goal a reality in your mind.....
thechickenchick I did a point counting diet about 10-11 years ago before my wedding. I lost about 30 lbs and had to stop becuase they said my wedding dress would have to be altered again! Once you get used to being restricted, its not that bad. I made the switch from regular cokes, which were 2-3 points to diet cokes (0 points) and have never switched back. Make sure you bank your points for those weekend night outs
missred871, your gift will be in the mail by Monday. My dad was in the hospital and I stayed with him for a couple weeks--things got hectic! I am SO sorry!! I didn't mean to mess up the swap!!
I received my gift from goldenluver, well, it came a while ago and I was not home and hubs didn't even let me know it arrived till I got home from Dad's today! The swap totally left my mind while I was dealing with my Dad's medical emergency. It WAS nice to come home and find a wonderful box full of lovelies waiting for me!! Right away I busted out the Avon footworks foot soaking fizzies and the kitchen smells like watermelon. Keeping the cats out of my foot bath is proving to be quite a challenge! ooh! I also got chamomile bath sugars, a soap saver (always wanted one of these!), two autumn fingertip towels, an adorable pumpkin decoration that I think I am going to use as a pin cushion, and a nice metal basket to keep it all in. My favorite item is the wonderful music box with glass flower and butterfly. Unfortunately it broke in the mail, but I'm gonna super-glue it and it should be good as new. I LOVE all my goodies. Thank you SO MUCH goldenluver!!
