Hello from Oregon & welcome to BYC   Sorry about your loss but all we can do is learn from it & build better coops & runs.  Predators are crafty little creatures. Glad you didn't give up  

They really are but the tragedy was my fault. The coop is built strong enough to hold a bear (says husband) but I forgot to shut the barn door and the coop door one time-that's all it took! They were waiting for my mistake.
