Found it yesterday over in a secluded corner of the covered run. Small, as expected, but a good solid shell. They are 24 weeks today, so I've been anticipating this for a while. I've noticed someone has been in the nesting boxes "rearranging" so hopefully they will all figure that out soon.

Update someone else figured it out today

Congrats!
My 31wo pullets finally started laying this week,
first year I've hatched to late to have winter eggs.
Some fake eggs in the nests may help show them 'where'.

2 of my 5 RIRs are finally laying at 24 weeks. Your eggs look just like mine. One darker with a few white specks and one lighter! They’re still on the small size but they’ll get there
