They were slow getting started, but the girls finally came through. We got them in early July so it only took 6 months. I figure the cold and snow slowed them down some. Still very proud of the first 3 eggs.

Once daylight starts lasting longer, you should begin seeing more egg laying (that's what I keep telling myself ).

I think the recent warm weather is what got them going, we went from -0 to 60 in a few days. Something else that is interesting, I looked back at my calendar, I picked them up on the 10th of July, 6 months to the day later I get eggs.
