After seven months.. my Barred Rock finally laid!! In the dead of winter, of course. It’s been in the single digits for the last week. The only reason I even looked in the coop was because I couldn’t find one of my girls and I went to see if she was in there and I saw these two little gems!
Peck’s the first of our seven girls to lay… this is super exciting to us. She’ll definitely be getting some extra treats tonight
