I've heard that JG roosters can get up to 12lbs, not sure how accurate that is

I raised a JG hen for a friend this spring, she honestly never got much bigger than anyone else for the length of time I had her for.

No it’s like a porcupine. I was worried about that cause she was acting skittish as well but then she realized I am the bringer of treats and I got a good look at it

I like porcupine feathers better honestly lol. My 10 month old blue Orpington also had a partial molt a few weeks ago.
