The ones that are willing to work and get a job at the barn only want to work 1 to 3 days a week but no more than 3 hours at a time

I think that also has to do with work laws. I think you can only work a certain amount when you are under 16

Starting salaries for vets are 30000/year, and for senior vets it goes up to 100000 /year lol
