I cheat with vitamin D pills.

Most Americans actually are vitamin D deficient in some way. The week just before I first got sick, I got myself checked for several things and found that I am one of those lol. Now I'm taking several supplements and hoping to finally get to a point where my body doesn't feel like it can hardly function.
