Yes it is actually getting banned. From what I understand the way it works is you will still be able to use the app but in the following days/week it will slowly start to become unusable

Ik someone who says they bought free range eggs, but the egg people had actually just put battery hen eggs and labelled them as free range lol

And I am not trying to be political and just providing context as to why some people think TikTok won’t be banned in the US and others do
