I was a camp counselor last summer, I was in charge of the worlds worst group of boys and someone came over to help me out. they ended up throwing one kid into a circle and they all chanted " SHAME SHAME SHAME"

The first time we did chickens, we did 30 meat birds! It was great. Expensive though.

I have looked up good beginner breeds to start with and Buff Orpingtons and Dominiques are among the easiest to have and keep with their gentle demeanor and hardiness. Both are great in the heat and harsh cold!

I would recommend orpingtons cause they have the most beautiful colors, but i am a tiny but biased lol
