Finding myself rescuing birds lately

Welcome to BYC. I agree with others that say you are doing the right thing. But I feel you will get a better grasp of the situation if you post in the medical/emergencies forum, here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures.10/

A list of symptoms and pictures will be wanted in there. There are lots of very knowledgeable folks and I have no doubt they can help you. Good luck!

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
I hope you have some quality time with your little rescue. Restrict how much you feed her. They tend to really chow down. She needs food to recover but after that, you will need to try to get her moving.
There are threads here where people have successfully raised CX broilers as pets. They don't live long but the life they live can be a good one. Good luck.

Welcome to BYC :frow:welcome
Glad to hear you saved her :)

Welcome to BYC.
:yesss: We are glad you joined this flock!
Jump right in and make yourself at home.
If she is a cornishx she probably won't live very least bg especially if the truck was on its way to the butchering facility.
