I disagree. Edited: I just realized this DID happen here! What the ****! I saw "Daily Mail" and thought this happened in the UK! As a patient I sure would boycott this guy! Women need to dump this guy as a doctor!

AGREE!! Kudos to not just the court system for defending family values but also to this husband for making the right choice by removing her from his place of work,at wife's request after she found personal text messages that were inappropriate. Husband could've made the wrong choice like General Petraeus.
And if the "victim" was such a stellar employee, I also wonder why she's not found work in the same field.

ANY text messages would have been inappropriate; it doesn't say whether a proper process of disciplinary steps was undertaken prior to the firing, which is why I disagree. She probably also cannot trust him now to give her even a neutral recommendation, so my guess is that is why she has not sought similar employment.

In some video games and movies doctors and dentists are sometimes portrayed as perverts, as their bad guy theme. I thought it was just an idea in games/movies but when it comes to life.. o.0 What if he gets a "hot" patient? Will he refuse to do work on her? Yeesh.

My question is why the heck did she discuss her sex life with a married boss of the other gender who's wife works in the same office, true he might not have done the right thing to let it go on long enough to have the wife find out and possibly force him to fire the employee but for crying out loud isn't this a stupid idea to start with, the woman ought to suck it up realize she was at least partially at fault and move on.....

I think the wife had more to do with this whole firing thing than anyone else.

Women have a sense about them that men do not have. A woman can walk into a room of women and they can tell in about 2 minutes everything about that woman by her dress, mannerisms and the way she looks overall. All men can do is decide if she is good looking. Sometimes I wish I had that sense.
