Raeshaar stopped writing and felt a strong tingly feeling going through her entire body. She felt herself vibrating, then she lost her vision. Her eyes felt like they were being massaged, and then she thought she passed out.



When Raeshaar woke up, she wasn't against a tree anymore with her notebook. She was in the tree. She looked down and around, and realized her eyesight was aboslutly amazing. She felt like she could hear the best of all, and sense the slightest movement in the ground.
WAIT A MINUTE,Thought Raeshaar.

She looked at herself, and saw feathers. Tan and black barred feathers. Sharp, lethal talons were her hands and toes, and she had magnificent wings. Raeshaar wasnt a person that freaked out in situations like this. Yes, she felt her head spinning with questions, worries, and confusion. But, she had almost died in a plane crash, a cougar attack, and almost drowned ina sand pit. Yes, she was used to unusual things. But nothing like this. Raeshaar was a ornithologist, and she knew birds. She was pretty sure she was an owl. A fishing owl? Shge was a Pel's fishing owl! Cool! Wait, no, not cool, but still kinda cool. Her heart was pounding.She wanted to fly.
