I found this recipe for a Goat Cheese Torte. It has a layer of Basil Pesto and a layer of Sun Dried Tomatoes. I decorated it with three types of Basil and Garlic Chive flowers. Here is a slice on a toasted piece of French Bread. And just like Lydia Bastianich, "Let me taste it for you." It turned out really nice, not at all "goatie" tasting!
