First Blue Eggs Finally! only took 11 months

Got our first 2 Blue eggs from the ameraucanas we bought last Feb. I was beginning to wonder if they were roosters in drag. But the girls finally delivered!

I've had customers wanting blue or turquoise eggs for months now. I'll have to start putting a couple in with each dozen since they are FINALLY laying.
I think these 2 eggs are the most expensive I've every had to pay for.

I estimate those 2 girls consumed 167 pounds of feed.
I would increase the price of a dozen by a dollar. GC

Those are beautiful eggs. I was thinking of getting true Ameraucanas but my easter eggers are nice in my opinion. Do you think they would be more blue than the ones I already have?
