Wait Wait Wait....Bacon grease yes, there is nothing like an egg fried in bacon grease but maple syrup?? Did I read that right......

No bacon grease. Fry them in maple syrup, now thats the best

I have mine with bacon grease every morning, I think that's the only way to do it. Jake

Yes you heard right. Pour a little maple syrup in the pan, heat it up and put in the eggs. Yes bacon grease is good but real maple syrup is is soooo yummy. The edges of the eggs get a little caramelized and the eggs pick up a really nice sweetness.
