Thanks for the tips Egghead :) I'll pick up an exacto next time I'm in town. I'll start looking on craigslist for a table...wonder what they are called? Those all stainless steel ones with attached sink would be perfect.

I'm sure processing birds will take you no time at all, Ripsroost, since you have experience with big game. Good luck! I just ordered 10 cornish cross chicks :)
 
Menard's and fleet farm sell a good table for cleaning it's made of that white plastic material it has a small sink on one end that easily hooks to a garden hose and it is taller than a normal table one would sit at its made more for standing and working. I think they're around 70 dollars but can be had for around 50 on sale

That would be awesome. Wonder what shipping is. Never even heard of a Menard or Fleet Farm. Going to look into this; search "butcher table" maybe...I'll figure it out. Google is my friend.

Is this it? $65 free shipping. This does look very nice to do a bunch of birds on.

Menard's is a large building center like Lowe's and home depot they also carry a small sporting goods supply of generally not very good stuff but the cleaning table is worth it. Check out any outdoors stores or whatever the bigger building centers are in your area you will likely find the same table.

I just found that price with a Google a search I searched game cleaning table with sink in sure it can be found through Amazon or ebay as well
 
I have one of those tables and they are great. Only issue I had is I left it up all summer to process veggies and the sun degraded the drain line

That's probably the same one by the look of it I want to say I got mine for around 45 dollars on a good sale at Menard's, regular price is 70.
 
Those tables will fit the bill exactly! Can't wait to get one...last night I was looking at those stainless steel ones...wowzers, they ain't cheap!!
