First Celadon Eggs!

My red range girlies have started laying eggs! My first time seeing celadon eggs. I got these just because I like the feather colors, the odd egg color is I guess a bonus!

I really like those blue eggs! Hatched out a bunch of celadons myself a while ago. Sadly I got only 3 girls and only 2 are laying those beautiful blue eggs. One is producing speckled eggs with greenish background. I have new chicks in brooder, hoping to get more layers soon

those are GORGEOUS!! I actually prefer the speckled eggs, as I said, I just got this crew cause I loved the red tuxedo look. I love the speckled eggs. I imagine them like little dinosaur eggs

I like speckles and spots, a few celadon are fine but they seem to be more prone to laying issues (soft shell etc) so are a bit vexing when it is half the flock! I ordered some eggs, not a celadon line, but some of them came blue, oh well!

What chicken breed lays these incredible eggs? What size are they? I'm looking to find some breed(s) that will lay large/LX eggs like these- blue, green, or somewhere between the two.

I believe these are quail eggs . . . it's the only time I've heard the term celadon when refering to egg color.
