the first chick is walking around and hitting his beak against the other eggs,and cause the eggs to roll around. is this ok for the other eggs?

ok, chick #2 just hatched and has tons of energy but noticed a problem with his eyes.

pictures are really hard to see but the right eye bulges out like a frog eye. the left eye does not stick out at all and has a very small opening. any recomendations or advice? this is my first hatch.

and the eye on the right side of his face seems to have no upper eye lid

i hope 'Popeye' will thrive... made it this far so that's a battle won... good luck maybe in a few weeks give him some spinach
