Another question for the brain trust. Is my ramp too low from the exit of the coop for them to be able to use? Does it need to sit flush with the “door”

No the ramp does not need to be flush with the door. They can hop up the extra few inches and into the door.

Siding/hinged windows might be nice for the option of letting in more air in hot weather, but you might get enough light from the vent holes up above, so use your best judgment on that - if it's dark inside the coop at/before sunset then yes you'll need a window or two.

there is actually a door already on it. It’s the piece that says “Tallwall” on it.

I could be wrong, but I was thinking Sportsman94 meant a "pop door" which means a door for the opening where the chickens go in and out. Which in your climate you don't really need as long as the top of the outdoor run is covered with wire or netting. It's handy to have though, for when you need to keep your chickens inside for any reason, like freezing weather, repairs/alterations to the run, when you want to keep the big door open while you wheelbarrow wood chips in and don't want to chase chickens all over the yard, etc.

I will also add that the floor is made of 2x6s and is far from air tight so I assume that will allow for extra ventilation to glow up from bottom to top.

It could, if you're planning on leaving the floor bare and not putting in anything for bedding. But this would be a nightmare to try to keep clean!

Looking at your pictures again, I see that you do have wire covering the top of your run, so you are fine with a pop-door that's always open, there's your source of lower ventilation too! For convenience you could build a pop-door that's just hardware cloth with a wooden frame, but your whole set-up looks perfectly good the way it is now.

It doesn't need to be flush. It might be a little steep though
