Welcome to BYC!My husband and I are starting a hobby farm and we started with incubating quail eggs and growing from there.
I am hoping to learn something new from this site and grateful there are people out there to ask questions.
It's going, not we'll I don't think. Not sure if they are going to make itHello! Welcome to BYC!!Are you done with incubation? How did it go?
Uh oh. What day are you on? Are they not developing properly? It's going, not we'll I don't think. Not sure if they are going to make it
I am not quite sure, it is day 22 we did a float test, candle them before there was no sign of piping or movement. When we did the float test 3 of them were moving and 6 of them where floating low and the rest sunk to the bottom. 3 of them rotten themselves out. We have been maintaining humidity and temp but I am afraid they won't make it. Still no signs of pipingUh oh. What day are you on? Are they not developing properly?
I've only incubated eggs a couple of times and have no experience with quail. I know float tests are a bit of a warm topic around here.I am not quite sure, it is day 22 we did a float test, candle them before there was no sign of piping or movement.
