Excuse my ignorance but I think he meant before processing. There's no way that deer weighed 180lbs after we gutted and skinned it.
 
180lbs before being field dressed sounds about average to me. The largest buck I've shot around here was approx. 150lbs before dressed.

That's what she says.... I think she's going to humor me for about a week and then they are just going to disappear to the basement with all my other "cool stuff"...

UGH! I want to hunt so bad but the testing range for the license is over 2 hours away. Really sux when you have a permit but no car and no one to help you drive
