First duck eggs!

Today i went to take care of the ducks and there were two eggs in the nest box along with my welsh harlequin very excited

any ideas on how to eat them?
 
They are superb in omelets and quiche. They are excellent in baked goods.

If you are going to use them for fried eggs, use low temperatures and get them out of the pan as soon as they are done. They get tough if they are overcooked.
 
Thanks that sounds good.Ive heard they are good for baking ill have to try that soon.my dad is scared to try them but maybe i can trick him into eating them lol
