First Egg -- Am I supposed to do anything with it, like bronze it and mount it on the coop?

I'm new to chickens, we got 6 chicks from a feed store in April.

I bought them a coop and built an enclosure for them.

I'd let them wander the yard foraging for food (as well as feeding them commercial food).

I hand fed my crooked beak Araucana.

Even letting her eat her chicken candy from the container.

I'd been waiting patiently for our first egg. About 3 weeks ago, I opened up one side of the nesting boxes and put a golf ball in one of their boxes.

And tonight when I went to close the coop, after checking the empty nesting boxes, I was filling up the feed container and saw this ...

I don't know which one laid it, I suspect my barred rock, she's the biggest and most developed, but could be my black australorp or buff orpington.

I did the first egg dance and cheer with my daughter and put it in the egg cartin.

I feel I should bronze this egg or shallack it and hang it up somewhere.

Should I be measuring it or something for some reason?

A question on washing eggs - I fall into the type who wants to wash and put in the fridge. Is there a secret to this? Some temperature that I'm supposed to wash it at or should I rub the shell with olive oil after washing to seal it up again?

We are hoping to have eggs soon. I have decided to blow the egg and keep the shells of my first dozen or so. I will either put them in a basket for decoration or use them for some craft projects. I have to admit, we are getting impatient especially since our neighbors ha e been getting eggs for about a month now.
