Another week down....still no eggs. This waiting is killing me. No squatting either.

SO... MY EE has been laying for three weeks, one of my SFS started a little over a week ago. Their eggs are on the left.

Today we found two additional eggs and they were all in the box! Cannot believe it. Now I need help catching the culprit. One was almost oblong like a bullet, check it out below. I guess she's ok! I think my BA laid the weird one because she is larger than all of them. As to the little reddish brown, either my other SF or my golden comet. Leaning toward the comet, she has been squatting. What does every one else

The long one I call pullet bullets. It will have 2 yolks. Congrats!

Update on my RIR.

Day 1- Large egg
Day 2- Small egg at 11:00 AM and another small Shell-less egg at 7:00 PM same day. Egg was complete
DaY 3-No egg
Day 4- Medium egg
Day 5- Small egg at 11:00 AM and another shell-less egg at 7:00 PM same day.
Day 6- No egg.

Here is a picture of my RI. She looks and acts very healthy. Look at stomach how full it is. Her poop is normal. BTW is she really a RIR since her eggs are still very light brown with a pinkish tinge.

Well I have been told on other forums that this is not a pure RIR, it is either a production Red or Hatchery Grade RIR which has been bred to lay more eggs by compromising some other breed characteristics. I will have to read up what they are!
