First egg - dont know breed

our family got our first egg today! However I dont really know what breed it is.. Can someone tell me? We have wyandottes, orpingtons, dominques and an australorp. Thank you!

I believe the eggs from Wyandottes and Orpingtons are lighter tan in color. I'm not familiar with your other two breeds, but that should narrow things down a bit for you.

Yay!!!! If you have time to hang out at the coop, mid-morning is always the busiest at my house...you can watch and see who goes in and when. And listen for the happy egg song, too!

It looks more like an Orpington egg... Thats one beautiful first egg! Congrats!!
