First egg is funny looking!

I have 5 hens and 2 have started actively laying. I found a third egg in the coop today though that was really small, a little pointier, lighter in color, and kind of translucent with this tiny dots all over it. I know first eggs can be funky looking but I just wanted to make sure this didn’t signify a health problem or anything. I feed them layena and they always have fresh water available. Thoughts? Is this normal?

That looks perfectly normal for a first egg.

Odd eggs can be 'normal' when they first start laying.
The little dots are from shell porosity.
Hopefully things will smooth out and thicken up for that bird.
