Probably.... how exactly do you store your irregular eggs, though.... :gig

Seriously, as long as it has a hard shell, it’s fine to eat.... do not wash, or even rinse it (although some people like to immediately before use) — but you can use a barely damp towel to clean off the worst of it.... kinda like cleaning mushrooms.

And it is a regular egg, is it not? Just fresh from the source.
Fresh eggs do not require refrigeration.... you can store them in a basket or carton on the counter or table, unless room temps in your house are generally more than 80+ F., you’ll be fine. You can store them in the fridge if you’d rather. I think room-temperature eggs cook up better, personally.

Oh, that is so exciting! Congratulations, she did it! If it's just dirty and had a shell it is fine to eat. I never eat the shell, I bet you don't either, so it's no problem! And, it IS a regular egg, although it's a special egg, so just do what you normally do to store your eggs. :clap

Congrats! Eat away!
I personally store mine unwashed on the counter for about a week before I wash and move into the fridge (haha in the unlikely event they aren't already eaten!)

Congratulations! First eggs are eggciting! I just leave my eggs on the kitchen counter
I refrigerate my eggs every day when I collect them. It's much too hot here to leave eggs out on the counter for more than a day. I don't think I've ever washed an egg either! I love your first egg comment, it's eggciting! So cute!:hugs
