First egg post

    Woot! Finally got the first egg. I was doing some home repairs and happened to look into the pen and there it was. I started calling for the DW and she thought I had cut myself with the saw [​IMG]. So proud of my little girl "Lucy"

    Found it laying on the ground
    Decent heft to it
    Compared to store bought large chicken egg. Duck egg on the right

    Now you gotta crack them both open and see how different the insides look. I actually cooked a chicken egg and a duck egg for my hubby and myself, and then we did a taste test. Try it.
