Today my light Sussex chicken layed her first little brown egg!

For everyone wondering when their chicken would lay their first egg (just because we were wondering that, it took a while, but Sussex are late layers) she is 7 months old right now.

Congratulations!! One of my Bresse pullets just started laying a cute little pullet egg, too...ah, the pride, right?
