Yay! Are yours tiny? I have gotten 6 over the last 3 days and they are smaller than the golf balls in the nests. Lol I'm being told they will get bigger, I certainly hope so. I haven't tasted ours yet, they are just so cute. Congrats!

It's a lot smaller than large eggs you get at the store, but bigger than I thought it was going to be.

This is a large egg from our local grocery store, so not too much smaller.
You are going to love them! They have so much more flavor!

Hooray! Congratulations! We had got our first egg today and it is so exciting. It was ridiculous. We were dancing and squealing and calling everyone like we had just had a baby! Enjoy!

Haha same here! Congrats! So exciting! And I just saw one of my red sexlinks making herself comfortable in the nest, so I might have another one soon!

I think it was one of my red sexlinks at 17.5 weeks. But it could have been a barred rock.

I had my first egg yesterday and it was a good size and had a double yolk. We got another today, but it was much smaller. I have 5 hens (2 gold sexlinks, 2 blacks sexlinks, and 1 Dominique), got them all at the same time, but only one Gold Sexlink is laying. They are all 18 weeks.
