I use 18 count cartons to get up to 24-27oz 'dozen' for sale, so I don't have to change my price and accounting records, I call them pullet dozens.

Thanks so much for the chart and the information. Looks like mine are in between PeeWee and Small at the moment. They made some nice deviled eggs yesterday.
