one of my four laid there first egg , not in the nest box but in the corner of the coop .I got fake eggs the same color she laid in the nest box but it seems no one has a interest in the box.

Congratulations on the first egg! That's always exciting.
Have the pullets ever investigated the nest boxes? What are the interior dimensions of the boxes? What breeds do you have?
Having them somewhat secluded and private will encourage their use. Some do this with curtains, others with positioning or with the basic design.

she laid the egg in the far right corner the box measures 22x12.5" once inside it is about 15" high
