I have 24 week old RIR's I got my first eggs a few weeks ago from 2 of them. I have collected about 10 eggs now , but why are they are so small? This is not my first time to have chickens, but it is for RIRs. My buffs laid really large eggs and I know they have that characteristic, but this is much smaller. Will they eventually lay larger eggs.

Yes. I just got the first egg from one of my BSLs and it is tiny. I have found this to be typical of first time egg layers.

My RIR is also 24 weeks old. Her first egg was last week and the size of a golf ball. They got slightly larger each day. They’re 2oz now so large size. I hope she stays consistant but this is my first time raising chickens so we’ll see.

I have 12 pullets now laying. Ive got from a quarter size first egg to a huge double yolker first egg. They are slowly working out the kinks. They all eventually get to the standard size eggs for their breeds. Some faster than others.
Yep, your pullet is normal 👍

Yes this is totally normal young pullets especially first season of laying will start with smaller than average sized eggs. As the weeks go on you will see an increase in size from the pullets.
