When I left for work this morning the third chick was hatching. My mom sent me a text about 20 minutes ago that said I had 5 chicks in the incubator! I can remember how many eggs in lockdown. I think 8 or 9.

Currently have a chick that has done an internal and external pip! I added a tupperware of water since the membrane seemed really dry and now there's a little condensation on the windows. >< Gah! At least one chick (out of 13 or 15 eggs) has survived my first incubating attempt!

I always have a little bit of fog or condensation on the glass. Not a lot just at the corner.

Had to bring 2 new babies into the house today. Waddles would not stay on her nest with the eggs that were beginning to hatch.
