First hatch of the year.

On of waddles eggs were sitting in a puddle of blood. She had pushed it out from under herself. It was not peeping any longer and the egg was stone cold. I took the baby out of the shell. It was 3/4 of the way off already. I warmed it by bringing it into the house and placing it under a heat lamp. I hope it will be ok. It still acts as if it is in the egg. Any suggestions?

if it starts to come around and will drink something. Try sugar water. I had a duck that wasn't doing well after it hatched and sugar water helped alot.

I lost one egg!!!
So I have two eggs left there both peeping and they have been peeping since this morning, but with no external pips.
Does that seem normal?
I would think by now I would at least have an external pip
