First Hatch

Be forewarned: as I am sure you have noticed, hatching becomes a NEED! : )

I hatched all summer, then put the incubator up...planned to keep it empty until spring...well....

I now have 5 fuzzy butts in a brooder and 17 more eggs in the bator due around December 11 LOL

You must post pics when your little ones hatch!

oh will do! the even cooler thing about it is that i'm not even sure what i'm getting its like christmas earlier. I ordered a mix so... we will see! Hubby built me a big chicken coop and a made the run to go with it... super exciting experience and i get to share it with my 3 yeard old daughter!

first ones out... but he has a little bit of a twisted foot! I'm doing a little research to see if i can make him some sort of splint. 2nd one is making his way out as we speak!

Mine had a twisted foot when it hatched, but it straightened out eventually.
