I'd candle, if nothing I'd water candle, and then I'd make a decision. I usually say give it to day 24/25. But if there is absolutely no signs....

I would candle them and see if there is movement. If there is no movement it's over. I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with this batch! Check your thermometers and make sure they are accurate and humidity for next time. There could have been a spike in temp at some point or a number of things. You never know though. Check and see. Good luck!

X2. In winter with the low temps and humidity, sometimes hatches can take longer.

What Is water candling, I am curious to know

Water "candling" or the "float test" is when you place the egg in a warm cup of water and watch for movement. Wait until the movement from placing the egg in the water subsides. Once it has, you should see movement if the embryo is alive. It has always worked well for me. Sorry your first hatch was a bust. Keep trying, there is a learning curve, but there can also be a lot of things outside of your control.
