Ok Well the chick cracked the shell a bit more, but hasn’t broken the membrane. From all I have read on here, I’ll be waiting til at least tonight, 5:00 pm to make the next move. That will be the 24 hr. Point. She hatched early, and must be absorbing her yolk. I can‘t wait to meet her, no other pips yet, .... I’m on day 20 ...

Be careful on when you take out the chick the other two that peeped may get shrink wrapped. What I do depending on how long the chuck has been in is take a warm paper toil soaked in warm water. I throw it in when transferring keeps temp and humidity up. If it's only been 24 hours since the chick hatch wait a little longer. They can survive up to 72 hours in an incubator.
Thank you the first one made it out, have 2 more, one pipped a hole in membrane and shell, I can see the beak moving, the other looks like it hasn’t pipped through the membrane. my first is strong, and vocal whenever I come close. If you have another set of hands have them help be quick when doing the transition if you must.
