first meat birds, feeding, quick question.

I ordered 6 straight run CC and 6 Straight run Red Broilers from Ideal.
they will come after Labor day.
I have raised layers before on Purina Start and grow.
My question is will Purina's Flock Raiser at 20% protein work for them? or should I find other food?
I'm planning on raising 11 pullets for laying with the meaties (Brown Leghorn, EE and Buckeye)

We raised our CCs on Dumor's 20% chick starter their whole 8 weeks. Should work fine.

I did two weeks of chick feed then switched to broiler feed. this was for four cc that free ranged and stayed healthy for a good nine weeks before processing. or maybe it was four weeks of chick feed, with some mixing toward the last week. lots of treats towards the end too: yogurt, frozen corn and peas, watermelon. I'm planning the same for my current batch of red bros.
