First night in coop

Our 3 girls did their first over night in their coop. When we went to come in for the night one let out very loud chirp like sound.

Needless to say we didn't sleep well kept checking the camera in the coop.

You need to fix the roost.
It should be thicker than a piece of plywood (like a 2" diameter branch or a 2x4), positioned at least 12", preferably 15"-16" from the wall and secured or they will knock it down. If they are all on the perch and it collapses THEN you'll hear some squawking.
