I have four girls who were 23 weeks as of yesterday... So hopefully any time now! I'll definitely post pics, I hatched them out of really nice dark eggs so I have my fingers crossed that their eggs will be purrrty

Did you get eggs yet? My cuckoo maran is squatting when I reach down to pick her up, so hoping to get her first egg soon too!

I have a Silver Maran who is also squatting when she sees me so fingers crossed for us

Mine is 24 weeks

We have 30 or so cuckoo marans hens that were hatched around the first week of August, which would put them at roughly 23 weeks. They have been laying for a couple weeks now. However the eggs are really about 16 ounces per dozen, which would put them in the USDA peewee range.
