First part of the day was great.....rest, not so much!

Hubby took off today and we drove to Alabama to take one of the mares to be bred, the drive up was easy, got her unloaded settled in , drive back not bad. Came home and was expecting our new DVR from Satellite Company, I checked tracking yesterday and it said they attempted delivery, but I knew they didn't because "Brown" did not leave a notice. I have had issues with "brown" before beause we live on a dirt road and they drivers don't like coming down our road in the heat! So today we get back early so we would be here when they attempted again, I decided to check the tracking info again. It was delivered this morning at 9:30 in SC? WTH!
"BROWN" took it upon themselves to send it back to where it came from!!!!! I called them and they were going to have the Service Center call me back. They did but they only said they are picking back up today and it will be here by Thursday, I am sorry but after 30 years in Customer Service that is the WRONG answer. I explained this was totally their flub and they should overnight it here and it should be here by noon tomorrow! They refused! How's that for Customer NO Service! We have been without TV for 2 days because our DVR malfunctioned. It is not the Sat Company's fault it is the Delivery Company!
So after I calmed down from that I took the Explorer in to town, hubby is driving it daily now since his car is in the shop. The tire blew out! I put those tires on less than a year ago! I get tire changed it is almost 5. hubby needs to go to work tomorrow and the spare is not great, luckily the tire shop in town is open and $115 later I have a new tire!
I called hubby and told him if anything else went wrong I was going to keep driving and not come back!

Hi locked hearts. Fatboys farm here, Sorry you had a bad day. I wave a hand now and then but little but little responce. better days ahead.

As far as your problems with "brown" call the company that sent the package if they have a major account with "brown" have them file a complaint, they should have more power. I worked at a bridal shop and was in charge of shipping if I had a customer who had problems with a package sent "brown" I would call and things would be made right, right then because of the account and the amount of business we did with them. That being said, once a package is in transit with "brown" they can't change the way it is shipped, like from ground to overnight for some reason.
Tomorrow is a new day and WILL be better
