First pips and need advice, please help!

Good news! Up above are my 5 ducklings! They hatched well considering the humidity conditions I thought I was having. Sometimes you just have to trust that you've done the right things! 5 out of 6 hatched and the 6th one was a day later than the rest, so all the rocking and opening of the incubator probably stunted its ability to pip. I am so thankful for this turnout! Thank you for your help, ya'll!!!
