I would definitely be interested in the quilt swap you mentioned. I usually swap with people from the USA but have swapped or send to England, Australia and Tasmania.@Anna6 I really like all your projects, That needle case would come in really handy too and I think no one can have too many pin cushions. The wall hanging is really pretty. I have to come up with an idea for a wall hanging in the near future, I take part in a quilt swap that rolls around once a year and covers the whole earth!! My wall hanging last year went to Norway and I received mine from here in the U.S. I love your faithful companion too, I bet she does quality control for you too.![]()
If you or anyone is interested in the quilt swap that I mentioned above when it is time I will post the information.
Ahha, I've been doing the swap Kat mentioned for longer. My little quilts have gone to USA (x2), Northern Ireland and England. I have quilts from Norway, Canada, USA and Tasmania. Hope there is Anotherlittlequiltswap this year. What swap do you do Anna6. By the way, your pin cushion fascinates me. Is there a pattern?
I printed it thanks for sharinghttp://www.fatquartershop.com/free-quilt-patterns-homespun-hearts-pincushions
I only substituted crushed walnut shells and wool for the plastic pallets and pollyfil as they work better for pincushions.

I buy them at the pet store. It is a lot cheaper then if you buy them for quilting. It is used for bird bedding. If the pet store doesn't carry it check out online.Where do you get crushed walnut shells
