So, I’m wondering if my first 4 banty chicks have matured enough to notice who is a Roo and who’s not. I’m very new to all of this. They grow so fast! They came from a st run bin. I believe they are between 6-8 weeks.

Probably have two males first pic and third.Fourth chick has a possibility but first and second definitely have some characteristics .I would wait a few weeks.By three months look for hackle feathers and see if they start glowing and getting pointy ends.

Third is a roo for sure, first and fourth look like cockerels but I can't tell for sure.
