First Run of Cornish Cross Meat Birds and Super Excited!

I came up with a meat chicken idea. Taking a naked neck turken, and crossing it with a broiler. Broiler could be cackle's red, Cornish of any kind, cackle or mcmurray frying pan special, etc. I hear it can make them have more meat and make them hot tolerant

that is my project with @Beer can. We live close enough to be able to swap eggs, chicks and such to keep the gene pool clean.
 
I don't think the summers get much hotter or humid than down here in Southeast Texas. I've raised CX through the hottest months of the year and NEVER had any problems. Just fed them and made sure they had PLENTY of water. I don't put fans or ice or any of the other things REALLY crazy chicken people do. I kinda subscribe to the survival of the fittest school of thought
 
Other than being made in China,and the associated risks therein... who knows.
I'm checking into it. I submitted a buyer request for more information.
