I have bought my eggs over the last 8 years from a guy who imports them from France.
Last year he said he might be retiring so that's when I started breeding them.
I went for medium & slow growth birds and crossed them to produce the chicks in the pictures.
The Sasso in France is produced for the Label Rouge market, which is a standard that they use for free range meat birds.
And to be honest, it's very good.
